Patient Advice and Liason Service
PALS is our Patient Advice and Liaison Service, which is here to listen to our service users, their carers and their families and help improve the services we provide.
PALS is here to help when you need advice, have concerns, or just don’t know where to turn.
If you feel that you are not being listened to or being kept fully informed about your care and treatment, PALS can help. PALS will listen to you and make sure that your voice is clearly heard by the appropriate people within the Trust.
We have access to information about services both inside the 5 Boroughs Partnership and other NHS, Local Authority and Community Services. PALS will give you information about these services and introduce you to any that you want.
