Physiotherapy services

We provide Specialist Physiotherapy services for adults with a learning disability. Physiotherapists are specialists in assessing problems with movement and posture. We provide advice in postural care; individualised exercise programmes through individual and group therapy. We assess people who have difficulty walking or with general mobility and may recommend suitable walking aids for after assessment.


Who is it for?

We are here for people aged 18 and over who have a learning disability.

Who will you see?

You will be seen by a Specialist Physiotherapists who will assess your needs and provide specialist advice and treatment.
A team of other professionals can help depending on your needs which include Learning Disability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapists and Therapy Assistants.
