We would like to invite you to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting of 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which will be held on Wednesday 26 September 2012 at the Foundry, Lugsdale Road, Widnes. The full agenda is attached below along with directions. Car parking will be available at the venue.



Presentations this year will include a review of the year, which will be presented by our Chief Executive, Simon Barber. There will also be a formal presentation of our Annual Accounts and Annual reports along with an overview of the activities of the Council of Members.

There will be a market place, with stalls from the Trust and the voluntary sector which will be open from 9.30 am – 10.30 am and light refreshments will be served during this session and at the close of the meeting. The main business of the meeting will begin at 10.30 am.
