World Mental Health Day - Wednesday 10 October
This year World Mental Health Day will celebrate its 20th anniversary on Wednesday 10 October with a focus on Depression.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), Depression is the third leading global burden of disease in 2004 and will move into the first place by 2030.
It is now estimated that 350 million people globally are affected by depression.
